Choosing a declaration scheme
In general, the EAEU provides for the following 6 declaration schemes:

1d | The analysis of the documents submitted by the applicant (in accordance with clause 3.2) is carried out, and if the documents confirm the compliance of the products with all the requirements of the relevant TR CU, then a declaration of conformity is issued for mass-produced products. (Factory test reports of product samples or protocols issued by any other authorized testing laboratories are recognized) | It is recommended for mass-produced products in cases where the products have factory test reports confirming the fulfillment of all the requirements of TR CU |
2d | The analysis of the documents submitted by the applicant (in accordance with clause 3.2) is carried out, and if the documents confirm the compliance of the products with all the requirements of the relevant TR CU, then a declaration of conformity for a batch / single product is drawn up. (Factory test reports of batches/single products or protocols issued by any other authorized testing laboratories are recognized) | It is recommended for a batch of products, in cases where there are factory test reports for this batch of products confirming the fulfillment of all the requirements of TR CU |
3d | The analysis of the documents submitted by the applicant (in accordance with clause 3.2) is carried out, and if the documents confirm the compliance of the products with all the requirements of the relevant TR CU, then a declaration of conformity is issued for mass-produced products. (Test reports of product samples issued by testing laboratories accredited in the Customs Union are recognized) | It is recommended for mass-produced products in cases where the products have test reports issued by AIL |
4d | The analysis of the documents submitted by the applicant (in accordance with clause 3.2) is carried out, and if the documents confirm the compliance of the products with all the requirements of the relevant TR CU, then a declaration of conformity for a batch / single product is drawn up (Test reports of batches / single products issued by testing laboratories accredited in the Customs Union are recognized) | It is recommended for a batch / single product in cases where this batch / unit product has test reports issued by AIL |
5d | The analysis of the documents submitted by the applicant (in accordance with clause 3.2) is carried out, and if the documents confirm the compliance of the products with all the requirements of the relevant TR CU, then a declaration of conformity is issued for mass-produced products. At the same time, the set of documents must contain a type certificate for the claimed products issued by a conformity assessment body accredited in the CU. (The conformity assessment body (or accredited testing laboratory) conducts a product type study in one of the following ways: Based on the results of the type study, a certificate of type conformity is issued.) | It is recommended for mass-produced products in cases where the products have many modifications, new models are constantly emerging, and also when it is impossible to test the products in full before installing them on site. |
6d | The analysis of the documents submitted by the applicant (in accordance with clause 3.2) is carried out, and if the documents confirm the compliance of the products with all the requirements of the relevant TR CU, then a declaration of conformity is issued for mass-produced products. At the same time, the set of documents must contain a certificate of conformity of the manufacturer’s QMS issued by the QMS conformity assessment body accredited in the CU. | It is recommended for mass-produced products in cases where the manufacturer has a certified QMS |
