Obtaining a permit for use consists of the following steps:
- filing an application for an industrial safety review to the relevant expert organization (along with the application, the necessary documents must be submitted according to a specific list)
- submission of an application in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature (EDS), together with an electronic copy of the expert opinion through the “electronic government” web portal www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz
Due to the fact that the application is submitted through the web portal, the applicant can only be a legal entity registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The term for consideration of the application and the issuance of permission to use or refusal should be no more than 7 working days.
