The procedure for issuing permits for the use of technologies, technical devices and materials is determined by the Rules for the provision of public services “Issuance of permits for the use of technologies, technical devices, materials used at hazardous production facilities, hazardous technical devices”, approved by order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16 2020 No. 208.

Permission to use is issued by the authorized body on the basis of an expert opinion, which is developed by a certified organization.

Permission to use is issued in the form of an electronic document on the website of the authorized body, from where it can be downloaded and, if necessary, printed.

The period of validity of permits for use is not limited, i.e., the document does not require reissuance or renewal.
